Units for Sale
The Park does not have any units for rent. Spaces are rented at a seasonal rate, April through October. Winter Storage and Spring cleaning fee are in addition to seasonal rent amounts. Each space has a permanently installed mobile home. Rent includes water, sewer and trash. Clubhouse is also available early April through late October. Units on Fourth Street (Spaces 71 through 102) may be occupied year round at the regular monthly rate. Age Qualified Community. Units are for sale by owner, and this is an "opt in" list of properties available. Other units may be for sale but the owner does not wish to list it here.
