A 55+ Community

The community is equipped with a Club House, which serves as a hub for social gatherings, events, and activities. The Club House features a library, pool table, kitchen, and a TV area, providing residents with a variety of options for entertainment and leisure.

Originally established in 1970 as a trailer park, underwent a transformation in 1982 and became a Mobile Home Park. In 1998, an expansion occurred with the development of 4th Street on adjacent land purchased in the 1970s, bringing the total number of spaces to 101. As a 55+ age-qualified community, the park has always been more of a tight-knit neighborhood than a commercial venture, with on-site residents managing the property. Many of our residents have called this park home for a significant amount of time, with some having lived here for over 30 years.

In 2023, The McMillan family is proud to have taken ownership of this property and continues to honor its tradition as a welcoming and inclusive community. The park's founder, Mrs. Smith, always treated residents as dear friends and affectionately referred to the park as "A Place for Her Friends." Our commitment to maintaining a clean and well-maintained park that is open all year around remains unchanged.

Conveniently located near major store chains such as Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart, making it easy for residents to access the supplies they need. Additionally, the park is surrounded by several restaurants, offering a variety of dining options for residents to choose from.
